Perhaps that is what helps her to stay alive. Lia is not a typical main character that you see in many stories. One thing that I liked about this story is our main character. I also enjoyed the world-building that was part of the story. It was a great read overall, and I enjoyed the development of the characters. The story was interesting, but there were some slow parts throughout the story. I enjoyed reading the trilogy, but it took me a long time to get through the books.
