I really hope Shepard hasn't gone the way of the cash cows. I just heard that Shepard is adding 2 more books to the series, along with PLL. I dare say this is my favorite Shepard book to date.Īll of you people who haven't read the Lying Game series or the Pretty Little Liars series need to get on it immediately. I don't know if it can get any more tense or amazing than this: Hide and Seek is Shepard at her best. I genuinely hope Cross My Heart, Hope to Die is as good as this one. But then Shepard had to go and throw a wrench into this series that evened everything up. After Stunning, the latest in the Pretty Little Liars series, I thought this series was a goner. With Hide and Seek, Shepard proves that both her series are equal contenders. Or maybe just a floor-to-ceiling stack of them.) Hide and Seek is the best book in the Lying Game series. I don't care if she's hell-bent on making millions of dollars on each book. I don't care if Sara Shepard is a money-hungry, greedy cash cow from hell.
